delicious, plentiful and artistically presented, and I found your staff to be

appreciated that very much.
Equally as important, I appreciate how helpful
you, personally, were to me during my process of planning the party.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank
John Crawford and the The Creatrice Catering staff for their assistance on
an outstanding Client Open House. For the second year in a row, it was a
complete success thanks in part to the excellent catering from The Classic
Gourmet Catering . In addition, John recommended an individual with expertise in
the theme we had chosen for our event to assist us. All we had to do was give
him an idea of what we wanted and he suggested things he had used at other
parties which worked well.
John also provided Carter & Burgess a
"complete package" for a wonderful Christmas Party last year. Not only
did he help us select a beautiful location, but also arranged for the
decorations, entertainment, valet parking - everything that was needed to make
it a memorable occasion The food was excellent and was displayed in a very
attractive manner accenting the theme of the party.
Our 1997 Christmas Party is already planned
with John and Creatrice Catering, and promises to be a very exciting
event not to be missed. They also provide lunches for C&B in-house meetings
as well as catering for other upcoming events in the Los Angeles office.
It is a pleasure working with them and we would
recommend them highly to anyone in need of their services.

Dear John,
I wanted to thank you for your help in making
our annual Christmas party a success. You wouldn't believe the comments I
received not only the night of the party, but days after the event!!!
The set up was gorgeous, the food was
delicious, and your staff was professional and courteous. Not one person ever
needed or wanted for anything. There was a staff member there for every whim! I
have a background in food service, and it is very important to me that tables
and buffets are kept looking immaculate, and ours were.
I look forward to working with you at our party
for 1998, please call me soon so we can start making those plans!!

Reception a wonderful experience for everyone! As you promised, the table

by your courteous, polite, professional and friendly staff. Even several days
